Michael brings more than 20 years of experience across residential construction, architectural design, modular construction, light-gauge steel, structural steel and design management.
His career has centred on leading design teams and coordinating architects, engineers and production specialists to turn strong design ideas into clear, manufacture-ready and buildable information. His experience includes multi-storey volumetric modular systems, DfMA, technical research and development, advanced Revit workflows and FrameCAD.
As Design & Technical Manager, Michael leads design direction, technical coordination, buildability, compliance and construction delivery. His breadth keeps spatial quality connected to structure, services, sequencing and the details that shape the finished experience.

Jennifer leads the operational and financial systems that keep each project organised, transparent and moving forward with confidence.
As Operations & Finance Manager, she oversees business operations, financial coordination, quotations, accounts and project administration. She maintains accurate records, tracks key actions and supports timely communication between clients, consultants, suppliers and the delivery team.
Jennifer's Master of Public Health and background in contracts and project administration bring a disciplined approach to governance, documentation and financial coordination. She combines clear judgement with a calm, people-focused approach, helping ensure decisions, commitments and follow-up remain visible throughout each stage.
